Light Fare is a selection of five bite sized hot and cold passed hors d'oeuvres. These may be passed or placed about the room. Light Fare is ideal for functions that last two hours or less. This is an excellent choice for drop in parties, open houses, or business receptions.

Cocktail Buffet- starting at $17.50

This menu offers more varied and substantial foods
than Light Fare. Composed mostly of finger food, it could be considered a light meal. Our Cocktail Buffet works well for a two to three hour event.

Ultimate Hors d'Oeuvre Buffet

Easier than a sit-down dinner, the Ultimate offers the
perfect all-purpose party solution. We can make
it as formal or informal as you like. The Ultimate
can be held outdoors or indoors. This menu

Seated Dinner

From two to fifteen courses, this top of the line selection is prepared, plated, and served on site by our professional chefs and service staff. This dinner is entertainment/dining at its most lavish and intimate. Please call to discuss your special needs.
